How can I book a specific couch or any other product that I see on your website?
You can add an item to your wishlist with the date and time of your event. Once you’re done adding items, click the heart shape button to send us your wishlist and we will get back to you via email within 24 hours. You can also send your inquiry via “Contact” tab above or by clicking here.
Do you only have inventory shown here in the inventory section?
No, we display some inventory on the website, so you can easily add them to your wishlist. We are constantly adding new styles and are always open for any special request. We will do our best to get your vision to life. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to get new inventory updates.
Is there a specific time before which I should make my booking?
Yes, the earlier the better. This will help us provide you with the best service and manage up keeping of the particular items. Our items are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis and require a deposit to reserved. We are booking up fast for 2025 wedding seasons.
Is it necessary to deposit money before getting the items?
Yes, it is absolutely necessary to make a deposit before we can proceed further. The deposits are for security purposes, so we cannot make any adjustments regarding this matter.
How much deposit would I have to pay?
You’ll have to pay 50% deposit for every item you want to book for your event.
Is there a threshold minimum?
Yes, there is a threshold that you’ll have to follow. But it depends upon multiple factors, so we can guide you about it during our consultation.
Is it possible to change the item after making the deposit?
Yes, you can add quantity until 7 days of your event date depending upon the availability of the item that you need.
